I contacted Easy Testimonials for help with setting up their plugin, wanted to make sure I did it correctly (am not an expert in these matters). Even though I requested some help, the product is very friendly and not difficult to set up, in my case I wanted to do something specific and was not sure I could achieve it on my own.

The plugin was easy to install, we had a few teething issues as it stood then with the instructions and it started to act weirdly when using a Page redirection for the "After". It appeared after George from support got on the case that was just a little glitch they are fixing along with new instructions soon. (No need to had the [complete] shortcode to the landing/thank you completed goal page)
I must say I needed fast support for this project I am working on and George has totally saved me. He replied super promptly, nicely and fixed all there was to fix under a record time.

I love these guys. Before purchasing I asked a couple of questions. Answers came back very quickly and helpful. I then purchased the Easy FAQs Pro version. Set it up, had a few basic questions, couldn't figure out one detail, then another detail. They quickly responded with, "Yikes, we don't support that detail. We'll fix it by tomorrow." The next day they sent an update with both my issues resolved. In the mean time they are apologizing for the inconvenience, thanking me for purchasing, and offering to help in any way they can. I then had a style code issue from copying the code directly off their website. They patiently explained the issue and offered to go into my site and correct it if I couldn't figure it out. But I knew exactly what the issue was once they mentioned it and it took one minute to fix. These guys (Richard and George) are committed to serving their customers and taking care of their plugins. I think they are both great! And the Easy FAQ Pro seems to be working exactly as expected. Bravo!!

A great little plugin to display random testimonials on your pages or side bar. Very easy to setup and use. Currently sidebar widget displays 1 random testimonial per page or post, however the 'Read More' button can be used to direct readers to another URL. Testimonial displays can be enclosed in a content box, which makes it stand out from the rest of the text on the page.
