You can add internal notes to a customer’s order, for the benefit of other staff members. The customer will not see these notes on receipts, confirmation emails, or any other customer facing page.
You can add Notes by bringing up the Update Order screen, either from the Dashboard or from any list of Scheduled Pickups. You can also add notes by Editing any Scheduled Pickup.
From The Dashboard
To add internal notes to an order from the Dashboard, first click or tap on the order to bring up the Update Pick-Up window. Then click the Edit Notes button.
Enter or update your notes, then click the Save Notes button. This will dismiss the pop-up, save your Notes, and reload the page.
From The Scheduled Pickups List
Find the Scheduled Pickup you’d like to modify, and then click the Update Order button to bring up the Update Pick-Up window. Next, click the Edit Notes button.
Enter or update your notes, then click the Save Notes button. This will dismiss the pop-up, save your Notes, and reload the page.

You can also add Notes to an order by editing it directly. Simply find the Scheduled Pickup in any list, and then click the Edit link. Add or edit your notes in the Notes field, and then click Update.
