Handling Late Pickups (aka No Shows)

If a customer’s scheduled pickup time has passed by at least one hour, their Scheduled Pickup will automatically be marked as Late. You can find a list of these pickups by visiting the Curbside Pickup -> Late Pickups menu.

For the rest of the day, you will see the pickup listed in the Dashboard under the “Missed Pickup Time” heading. Once the day ends, you’ll need to find it under the Late Pickups list.

You will likely wish to contact your customer directly, by phone or email. You can find your customers contact information with their Scheduled Pickup, either by finding it in the Late Pickups list, or by clicking on the order in your Dashboard. This information is imported from your customer’s WooCommerce order when possible.
