Rescheduling a pickup is very simple. Simply bring up the Update Order screen, either by clicking on the order in the Dashboard or by clicking the Update Order button in a list of Scheduled Pickups.
When the Update Order screen appears, click on the Reschedule button. Select a new Date & Time, and then click the Reschedule Pickup button to complete.
Your customer will receive an email with the new date and time. You can customize this email (or disable it entirely) via the Curbside Pickup -> Settings menu.
Rescheduling From the Edit Scheduled Pickup Screen
You can also add reschedule a pickup by editing it directly. Simply find the Scheduled Pickup in any list, and then click the Edit link. Select the new pickup time in the Pickup Date & Time field, and then click Update.
